Some video and computer games offer limited camera controls, which can lead to a frustrating gaming experience. Restricted views make it more difficult to spot enemies or quickly find cover. You can avoid these problems in the online role-playing game "World of Warcraft" by using the game’s flexible camera angles. Whether you prefer playing in first-person or third-person view, the game provides you with camera settings that allow you to see everything in your environment.
Instructions
1
Click the left or right mouse button and hold it down. Move the mouse around to view your surroundings. Your character remains still when you use the left button. Using the right button causes your character to turn around as you move the mouse.
2
Move the scroll wheel on the mouse forward to zoom into first-person view. Move the scroll wheel back to zoom out to third-person view.
3
Press “ESC” and select “Interface,” then click “Camera.” Select “Follow Terrain” to have the camera angle automatically change when you climb up and down slopes and hills.
4
Select “Water Collision” from the Camera Interface options to be able to see underwater when your character is submerged. Otherwise, you’ll get an overhead view from above the water.
